Condition Details
The centering is moderately shifted to the left and bottom. There are visible surface scratches and 'bubbles' on the protective binder plastic which may obscure the card surface, but visible corner wear and potential edge chipping are present. The top black border is prone to showing whitening.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for grading. The centering and visible edge wear suggest it would not achieve the PSA 10 grade necessary to offset the cost of grading fees.
