The card appears to be in a top loader which limits surface inspection. Centering looks slightly shifted to the left and bottom. Corners appear sharp, but there is possible minor edge whitening on the top-right corner. Light surface scuffing may be present on the top loader rather than the card itself.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for grading. The cost of the grading service (approx $15-$25) significantly exceeds the projected market value of the card, even if it achieves a technical Gem Mint 10 grade. Best kept as a PC (personal collection) item or traded.
