Authentication Notes
This is a counterfeit/custom 'Gold Metal' card. Authentic Pokémon cards are printed on cardstock with specific blue-core layers. TPCi has never released a Venusaur/Charizard/Blastoise triple Tag Team VMAX. The typo 'thi' and the 'Custom Cards' text on the bottom left are definitive proof of it being non-official.
