The card shows significant surface wear including several white specks/scratches on the image. The right edge shows some rough cutting/fraying, and centering is slightly shifted to the left and top. Corners appear somewhat soft.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for grading. Due to the high production volume of 1990 Fleer (junk wax era) and the visible surface damage, the cost of grading would significantly exceed the market value of the card.
